Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for B2B growth and key account management in the NZ market
- Develop short and long term NZ sales strategies
- Initiate and coordinate development of strategies and action plans to grow the NZ market
- Flawlessly execute growth strategies and achieve national sales targets
- Direct management of ilabb’s key accounts and direct relationships with central buyers
- Work with the HO Demand and Supply in making prudent and commercially intelligent seasonal buying decisions
- Work with Design and Production teams to ensure NZ customer requirements are met on a timely basis
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure comprehensive marketing support is developed to assist with the execution of sales growth strategies
- Meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
What you will bring to the role:
- At least 2 years Sales experience, B2B preferred but not a requirement
- A can do attitude
- A confident operator, passionate about the sales hustle
- An understanding of the Apparel business including product and Seasonal ranges
- Proven track record of sales growth, consistently achieving and exceeding set sales targets
- Incredible relationship builder and has effective communication skills
- Solution focussed with innovative nature
