As you know we have been experiencing extreme delays with both the courier services, warehousing partner and our customer service team due to overwhelming order placement.
We are extremely sorry that you the end receiver has had to wait so long. We are working hard to clear the backlog as fast as possible and we wanted to make a huge apology to everyone that supports our growing kiwi company and appreciate your understanding during this busy time.
Please bear in mind that some orders may still take a little time to get out however we will be begin dispatching from our new Warehouse in February and know we will be offering a much better service going forward.
